The BBL surgery manager said the star is suffering complications after undergoing BBL surgery.

The celebrity blog Maphepha Ndaba shared screenshots of the chat between the influencer and her former manager.

Hours after Cyan disclosed that the man wanted her to become a s*x worker, the manager shared receipts of the socialite’s battle with her bladder.

The tweet garnered lots of reactions, which brought back the moment a substance fell off her private part while performing at a gig.
