The statements were made by a guest on an upcoming episode of a podcast by Themba Lukhele Nzimande also known as SkeemGP, The Wall.
In a video snippet of an episode that is scheduled to premiere on Sunday, the widely shared conversation makes wild allegations against the Scorpion King.
“DJ Maphorisa is secretly sleeping with other men, the likes of Daliwonga and them,” Bongani says. The video clip has gone viral on social media with various comments.
“Maphorisa sleeps with these young artists.”
“I am not just saying this to you, they know what I am talking about.”
Skeem GP then replies “As you can hear for yourself, this is his own view, I am not getting involved, we are just talking.”
He went on to say “Have you asked yourself why they are so possessive about these young boys, who sing a particular way, and they are gatekeepers because they know they got involved in the music game through sexual favours.” [translated]
