No doubt the incident stunned the world; how can a live frog be found in a triple washed spinach pack?

The incident, which has since grabbed international headlines, happened in Michigan. The Pacific tree frog was found in a sealed box of Earthbound Farm Organic Spinach by Amber Worrick and her daughter.
