It is alleged that thousands of people trick uber drivers daily, by coming up with lies/stories after the trip has ended, now drivers are coming up with other methods that are shocking and dangerous, just to warn others who do not pay.
The incident reportedly happened in South Africa.
The trending video shows the lady surrendering her head to the man holding a pair of scissors to cut her braids.
