Carlo Radebe – known for his roles as villain Duke Ngcobo on ‘Backstage’ and from TV dramas like ‘iNumber Number, Amandla,’ and ‘How to Steal Two Million’ has been struggling to find work which has left him broke.
Radebe has asked the public to assist him with donations.
In a post on Monday (12 August), the actor says he has been unemployed for ‘nearly three years’ and is struggling to stay afloat.
Radebe explained to fans that he is looking for work but it’s a challenge. He says he hopes the ‘winter’ of his life will be over soon.
“The winter of my discontent is surely at its end with the promise of work as the year comes to its end,” the Facebook post read.
In the meantime, Radebe asked the public to ‘boost’ him with financial assistance and left his banking details at the end of the post.
In April, Radebe also took to social media to ask for money but says the donations only lasted a few days, leaving him ‘stranded and broke’ and having ‘to fend’ for himself for the rest of the year.
