GOGO MAWENI REVEALS HOW MUCH SABELO MGUBE PAID AS LOBOLA
The media personality and sangoma recently revealed that she and her man have taken their relationship to the next level.
Gogo Maweni, real name Lee Ann Gogo Maweni Makopo, shared that Mgube recently sent his uncles to her home to pay lobolo for her. The former Izangoma Zodumo cast member said that her man paid R150 000 and he is still going to top it up with cows.
“It was R150k, but there are still cows remaining, which will be paid out before the wedding,” she was quoted as saying.
The couple has been together for some years, but do not have children together. However, Gogo Maweni has three children from her previous relationships.
Her first baby is with an unidentified man from America. She also has a son with controversial actor Sthembiso “SK” Khoza, and another child with former Mamelodi Sundowns footballer, Siyabonga Zulu.

As a result of this, some people on X are questioning why Mgube paid such a high amount because the lobolo amount is partly determined by whether or not a woman has children.
