Kairo Forbes is the daughter of slain rapper AKA and DJ Zinhle. AKA tragically passed away on 10 February when he was shot outside of Wish Restaurant on Florida Road, Durban. Murdah and DJ Zinhle have a daughter named Asante Mohosana together. The musician calls himself DJ Zinhle’s “husband” but they have not yet had their wedding.
On an episode of DJ Zinhle’s reality show, she revealed that they plan on getting married after building their home together. Since AKA’s death, Murdah has been “step dad goals” several times as seen on social media.
Kairo’s mom and AKA’s parents — Lynn and Tony Forbes showed the seven-year-old love under the social media post. Each of them commented “❤️” under the post including Murdah.
