Priddy Ugly opens up about that boxing match with Cassper Nyovest.  During an episode of Choppin It With Bhuda T on Thursday, 21 June, rapper Priddy Ugly—real name Ricardo Moloi opened up about his quick boxing fight with South African rapper Refiloe Maele Phoolo, best known as Cassper Nyovest.

Cassper knocked out Priddy Ugly

In the first two-minute round, Cassper knocked out Priddy Ugly to become the champion on the evening.

“He didn’t even have to do much. He just hit me directly in the face. You know what I’m saying? And, it kept happening,” the rapper added.

The rappers were said to have gone head-to-head at the Sun Bet Arena in Pretoria on Saturday, 1 October 2022, IOL reported. After the fight, Cassper Nyovest was quoted as saying,

“This was the easiest fight to make. Everyone else made excuses but Priddy was up for it and easy to work with.”

During the podcast, Priddy Ugly could be heard excusing his quick loss and blamed several factors such as not having had enough time to prepare for the fight and not having acquired the right techniques due to the short period of time that he was giving to prepare for it.

Priddy said he trained for six hours weekly for the past three months and was disappointed to lose the fight so quickly.

“When someone much heavier than you hits you in the head, it doesn’t matter how prepared you are, you’ll go dizzy. When he landed blows on me it did affect me. The great thing I’m blessed about is that I’m not hurt. He knocked me down and I’m still here with no bruises.”
